My practice

I am a full time visual art teacher in one of Boston Public Schools High Schools where I have taught for almost two decades. I have also enjoyed teaching college students as visiting faculty at BU and MassArt.

I am proud of the many  art educators who I was lucky to host as student teachers in my classroom.

In addition to teaching in secondary and higher education, I teach online art classes, lead workshops at local community institutions, and organize art and culture events.

The Achdut Collective which I co-founded is focused on developing educational materials that work on the intersection of art and history.
